Peachee’s vision is to bring every story to life. To do that, we are committed to creating a safe and positive community for our users to share their stories and discover others. We developed these Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) to reflect those values and define a common code of conduct on our platform.
 

The Guidelines below provide a framework for any content that is subject to removal, suspension or banning of accounts, and potentially further legal recourse. The Guidelines apply to any and all content shared on Peachee platforms, including but not limited to our mobile app, desktop sites, and related platforms.
 

Periodically, we update our Guidelines to reflect changes in Peachee’s operation, our communities, and external factors. Peachee reserves the right to change the guidelines at any time, but we will notify users prior to continued use of our platforms. Users are free to reject the changed terms, but will not be able to use Peachee platforms if they choose to do so. Continued use of any Peachee platforms following a change to the Guidelines constitutes agreement to all changes.
 

The following are not allowed on any Peachee platform:
 

• Illegal activities including but not limited to violence, trafficking of illicit materials (e.g., drugs, weapons, human), extortion, blackmail, money laundering, inciting violence, fraud, cybercrime
   

• Hate speech including but not limited to content that attacks, threatens, incites violence against, or dehumanizes an individual or group of individual on the basis of protected attributes such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease or disability, or immigration status
   

• Violent or graphic content that promotes, glorifies, or incites suffering of oneself or others
   

• Harassment and bullying including but not limited to threats, sexual harassment, disparaging statements regarding appearance, intellect, personality traits, and hygiene
   

• Infringement of others’ privacy with content that reveals or threatens to reveal personally identifiable information including but not limited to residential address, private email address, private phone number, bank statement, social security number, or passport number
   

• Adult nudity and sexual activities including but not limited to pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual activities, sexual objectification, solicitation of sexual activities, or depiction of private parts
   

• Inappropriate or illicit behavior towards minors including but not limited to abuse, predatory or grooming behavior, sexual depiction of minors, or otherwise delinquent behavior
   

• Impersonation or duplicative accounts including misrepresentation of oneself or others 
   

• Spam including but not limited to instructions to artificially drive user metrics, attempts to sell / buy user metrics or materials, promoting artificial traffic generation services, or coordination to mislead or otherwise deceive Peachee and its users
   

• Intellectual property infringement of someone else’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
   

• Threats to platform security that undermine or damage Peachee’s services including hacking of Peachee’s website, app, users for illicit or unauthorized purposes
